Terms of Use
Last updated August 4, 2026
1. Agreement
These terms are between you and bh-EDGE Management LLC (“AME,” “we”). By using the AME website or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use AME.
2. What AME is
AME is building an autonomous matching engine that connects serious builders to potential collaborators and partners.
Today, the only thing available here is the waitlist. Applications and membership are not open. When they open, additional terms will apply and you will see them before you can use those features.
AME is not a dating service, a job board, an employment agency, a recruiter, an investment adviser, a broker, or a background-check provider. AME is not your fiduciary.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter this agreement. The waitlist form asks you to confirm your age before it will submit.
4. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is not an application. It does not entitle you to be invited, to apply, or to become a member of AME.
AME may open, delay, limit, or never open access — in any region, at any time, at our discretion. We may also close the waitlist.
We do not evaluate or score waitlist information. Joining the waitlist means we can contact you about AME. Nothing more happens until you take a further step.
5. Accurate information
Please give us information that is accurate and about you. Do not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your work. If information you give us is materially false, we may remove you from the waitlist.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- misrepresent who you are or what you have done
- impersonate any person or organization
- scrape, crawl, or systematically extract information from the AME website
- submit automated or bulk signups, or use multiple identities to submit repeatedly
- probe, interfere with, or attempt to circumvent AME’s security, rate limiting, or bot protection
- use the AME website for any unlawful purpose
7. What you submit
You keep ownership of what you write.
You grant AME permission to store and use what you submit for the purpose of operating the waitlist — contacting you, planning where AME opens, and, if you later apply, providing context for that application. This permission ends when we delete the information.
Your optional link: we store it. We do not open or fetch it. A person reads it only if you later apply, once applications open.
8. Email
By joining the waitlist you agree to receive service messages about your signup: confirmation that we received it, and our answer if you ask us something. These are not promotional and you cannot unsubscribe from them, because they are how we answer you.
Everything else we send is a commercial message, including notice that AME is opening or available, and broader AME news, stories, events, and product updates. Every commercial message carries our postal address and a working one-click unsubscribe link.
You choose what you receive. You can stop the broader promotional updates while continuing to receive notice that AME has become available, since that notice is usually the reason people join. Every commercial message also carries a one-click link that stops all AME commercial messages, including availability notices, if that is what you want.
You can join the waitlist without opting in to promotional updates. See our Email Preferences notice.
9. The website
The AME website, including its content, design, name, and marks, belongs to AME or its licensors. These terms give you no rights in them beyond ordinary use of the site.
10. Availability
The AME website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.
11. No promises about AME
We do not promise that AME will open, that you will be invited, that you will be admitted, or that AME will introduce you to anyone. Nothing on this website is an offer or a guarantee of any outcome.
12. Removing you
You can ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time: legal@meetame.com.
We may remove you if you breach these terms, if information you gave is materially false, or if we are required to.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AME disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID AME IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. THE WAITLIST IS FREE, SO IN PRACTICE THAT LIMIT IS US$100. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR LOST OPPORTUNITY.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or any consumer, privacy, or other right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.
This limit does not apply to and does not restrict:
- any regulator’s authority or enforcement action
- legally required breach notifications
- our obligations to delete, correct, or give you access to your information
- injunctive or other non-monetary remedies that cannot legally be restricted
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes may be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction in Georgia.
This choice of law and forum does not deprive you of any consumer protection, privacy right, remedy, or forum that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws applicable to you.
There is no mandatory arbitration clause and no class-action waiver. We do not require you to complete any informal process before exercising your legal rights.
If you are a consumer outside the United States, your local law may give you rights we cannot displace, including the right to bring a claim where you live. Nothing here removes them.
16. Changes
We may change these terms and will post the updated version with a new effective date. If they change materially, we will tell you by email where we have your address.
17. Miscellaneous
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stands. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms; we may transfer them in a merger or acquisition.
