Who we are
AME (Autonomous Matching Engine) is operated by bh-EDGE Management LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, 100 North Point Center, Suite 125, Alpharetta, GA 30022.
AME is building a way to connect serious builders to potential collaborators and partners. Today, the only thing you can do here is join our waitlist. This policy covers the AME website and the waitlist. When applications and membership open, we will publish a fuller policy before you can use them.

What we store in your browser
AME sets no cookies. We use no analytics service, no advertising trackers, no pixels, no tag manager, and no session recording.
We store two things in your own browser:
| What we store | Why | Cleared |
|---|---|---|
| Referral and campaign information | How you first arrived at AME and how you most recently arrived, including the site that referred you and any campaign details in the link you followed, so we can understand which outreach channels are effective | When you clear browser storage |
| Opening-playback preference | Stops AME’s opening experience from replaying in the same browser tab. It records nothing about you | When you close the tab |
This information stays in your browser and is sent to AME only if you submit the waitlist form.
Form activity events
We record a small number of limited form activity events, such as whether you started filling in a form, moved through a step, or whether a submission succeeded or failed. We do not send a form activity event merely because you load or read a page.
These events do not include your name, email address, or form answers. They may include the page, the type of interaction, referral or campaign information already stored in your browser, and ordinary technical information associated with the request. We use them to understand form usage, prevent abuse, and diagnose submission failures.
These pages do not load third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking content. Every typeface, style, script, and media file comes from AME’s own servers.
What we collect when you join the waitlist
Required: your name, email address, city, country, industry, a short description of what you do, why AME interests you, and how you heard about us.
Optional: one public link to your work.
Recorded automatically: your IP address, and the attribution information above.
Why we collect it
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| Name and email | To identify you and contact you about AME |
| City and country | To plan where AME opens, and in what order |
| Industry, what you do, why AME interests you | To understand who we are reaching |
| How you heard about us | To know which channels work |
| Your optional link | Context for later. We do not open or fetch it. It is stored, and read by a person only if you apply once applications open |
| IP address | To prevent automated abuse and repeated submissions. Never shown publicly, never shared with anyone else on the waitlist |
What we do not do with waitlist information
Nothing you submit to the waitlist is scored, ranked, or automatically evaluated. No automated decision is made about you at this stage.
No waitlist information is sent to any external AI service.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s marketing. AME has no advertising business.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect race or ethnicity, religion, political opinions, sexual orientation, gender identity, health information, disability status, biometric identifiers of any kind, genetic information, immigration status, precise location or GPS coordinates, government identification numbers, financial account or card numbers, income, criminal history, or date of birth.
We do not take payment information. The waitlist is free.
We do not access your contacts, your calendar, or your email account.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.
| Category of provider | What they handle |
|---|---|
| Hosting and infrastructure providers | Website hosting, database storage, and operation of the waitlist |
| Email delivery providers | Email addresses, message content, and delivery events needed to send AME communications |
We require service providers to use personal information only to provide services to AME and to protect it appropriately.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or in connection with a merger or acquisition — in which case this policy continues to apply until you are told otherwise.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist information for 24 months after your last meaningful interaction with AME, or until you ask us to delete it.
A meaningful interaction means joining or updating the waitlist, responding to something we asked you, applying for access, or using an AME account. Opening an email does not restart that clock, and neither does anything we do internally with your record.
We keep the IP address recorded with your signup for 30 days, then delete it. That happens on its own schedule, whether or not the rest of your record is still active.
If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address on a suppression list indefinitely, so that we do not email you again. It is used for nothing else.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any AME email in one click. You can clear what AME stored in your browser at any time. You can ask to leave the waitlist by emailing legal@meetame.com.
See our Privacy Choices notice for more.
Children
AME is for people 18 and older. The waitlist form asks you to confirm this before it will submit, and we record that confirmation with your signup.
We do not ask for your date of birth and we do not use identity documents to check your age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and if we learn we have, we will delete it.
If you believe a person under 18 has joined the waitlist, please notify us immediately at legal@meetame.com.
Security
We protect information with encryption in transit, restricted and logged administrative access, rate limiting, and validation of everything submitted. No system is perfectly secure, and we hold no security certifications. See our Security Statement.
Where this applies
The AME waitlist is intended solely for people located in the United States. AME’s systems are located in the United States.
We are not accepting waitlist signups from Brazil at this time. If AME opens to Brazil later, we will publish the notices Brazilian law requires before accepting any Brazilian signup.
Changes
We will post changes here with a new effective date, and call out material changes clearly.
