Things that do not apply to AME
Some choices exist because companies do things AME does not do. To be clear about what is not happening:
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share it for anyone else’s advertising. AME has no advertising business.
- We set no cookies and use no analytics or advertising trackers, so there is no tracking to opt out of.
- We do not score, rank, or automatically evaluate anything you submit to the waitlist, so there is no automated decision about you to contest at this stage.
- We do not send waitlist information to any external AI service.
Where you live
Privacy laws in several US states — including California, Colorado, Texas, and Virginia — give residents rights over their personal information. Most of these laws apply to companies above a certain size, and AME is an early-stage company that is very likely below those thresholds today.
We are describing these choices because we intend to honor them for everyone, not because we are claiming every law applies to us.
The AME waitlist is open to people in the United States only. We are not accepting signups from Brazil at this time. If AME opens to Brazil later, we will publish the notices Brazilian law requires first.
You can always complain to your local privacy regulator.
